lemonwar sucks lemons. (She doesn't.)I make icons. Actually, that makes me sound like a pasty-skinned kid. I beg to differ. I am neither pasty-skinned nor a kid. Well, I'm a teenager, and I'm tan by ethnicity, but whatever. Icon-making is not my life. It just became a bit bigger, so I had to make a separate journal for it.

I'm Melissa, 15, a December baby, and full, American-born Filipino, although I can neither speak nor fully understand Tagalog. I have a mad obsession with Harry Potter, and fandom in general. Besides making icons (of which I am pretty famous--it is quite scary), I write fics, and an archive of said writings can be found at

Contrary to popular belief, I do not ship all the icons I make. My OTP is Harry/Draco, and I like Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny is pretty cool canon-wise, but I don't think I could stand having it as an OTP (likeIusedto). I also ship Remus/Sirius, Seamus/Blaise, Pansy/Hermione, Ginny/Luna, Ron/Ginny--but Loner!Ginny roxmysox. I like slash. But I like het too.
AND...
I spend more money on books than I do on clothes. But I don't walk around naked. Um, I guess you could call me a geek. (I wear glasses too.) Even though, you know, geekage is way cool.
